As a postpartum doula I come to your home after childbirth to give support according to your family's needs.
Lactation Consultant
As a lactation consultant, I can help parents & infants with issues such as milk supply, sore nipples, and breastfeeding positions.
Birth Doula
As your birth doula I will help you advocate for yourself. I will help you gather knowledge and encourage you to create the birth experience you desire. I will work along side your birth team and provide you the information needed to make informed decisions for your care.
Packages
Package A
This package includes prenatal and postpartum support the following but does not include support during the birth.
This package includes:
• Initial interview
• Access to evidence-based pregnancy resources
• Access to evidence-based postpartum resources
• Childbirth education
• Creation of birth plan
• Education regarding comfort measures
• 2 Prenatal Visits
• Email and text support
• During your pregnancy
• 4 weeks postpartum
• Postpartum visit
• Up to four weeks after birth
• Lactation support
Package A is offered for an investment of $500.
Package B
This package is for those who want support of a birth doula during their birth experience only. This package includes:
• Initial interview
• Access to evidence-based pregnancy resources
• Creation of birth plan
• Education regarding comfort measures
• Prenatal Visit
• Email and text support
• Duration of your pregnancy
• On call starting at 38 weeks
• Hands-on, continuous physical and emotional labor support during active labor
Package B is offered for an investment of $750.
Package C
This package is the full comprehensive birth package (My most common package). This package encompasses the best aspects of hiring a private birth doula for support allowing us to maximize perinatal support, building the client/doula relationship, birth and postpartum planning, and access to various childbirth and/or postpartum resources.
This package includes:
• Initial interview
• Access to evidence-based pregnancy resources
• Access to evidence-based postpartum resources
• Detailed childbirth education
• Creation of birth plan
• Education regarding comfort measures
• Prenatal Visits
• 2 virtual
• 2 in-person
• Email and text support
• Duration of your pregnancy
• 6 weeks postpartum
• On call starting at 38 weeks
• Hands-on, continuous physical and emotional labor support during active labor
• Up to two hours of support immediately following birth.
• Lactation support after birth, if needed
• Initial latch
• First feeding
• Postpartum visit
• Up to four weeks after birth
• Lactation support
Package C is offered for an investment of $1000.
